In addition to his criminal legal work, Mr. Pilato has an incredibly successful track record in personal injury cases. He helps accident victims get compensated for serious injuries resulting from another’s negligence including cases involving car accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall injuries, and dog bites.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Pilato served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office for almost four years.  During his tenure as an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Pilato held positions in several Bureaus, including Motions & Appeals, Local Courts & Grand Jury, and Investigations, where he was assigned to the Firearms & Gang Violence Division.
 

Mr. Pilato is admitted to practice in the courts of New York State, and in Federal courts in the Western and Northern Districts of New York, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.  He works with clients located in Rochester and its surrounding areas, including Penfield, Fairport, Greece, Gates, Irondequoit, Pittsford, and Henrietta.
